I AM DOWNLOADING PLENTY OF THINGS HOWEVER,MANY TIMES A SUBJECT IS HOWN AS AVAILABLE , BUT WHEN I CLICK DOWNLOAD I AM TOLD I NEED MORE SOURCES, ANY SUGESTIONS?

turn caps off?

I think that happens if the source is so busy it's not accepting any more to queue, or if it has decided to reject any connections from your IP.
