downloading speed & # of max downloads

I am becoming thoroughly disenchanted with certain aspects of your product. I have been getting extremely slow downloading results. My original order # is VGNA62259731. Since my service is so slow, I believed I was having a problem with my service. In the hope of correcting this problem, I re- submitted my order info, and now I have three new order # 's. they are VCNA51684889, VCMA51686250, and VCMA51685908. I would like to cancel the last three orders. If my problem with my slow downloading cannot be resolved or a reasonable explanation given , I would like cancel my original order also. Your kind and prompt consideration in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
