I am becoming thoroughly disenchanted with certain aspects of your product. I have been getting extremely slow downloading results. My original order # is VGNA62259731. Since my service is so slow, I believed I was having a problem with my service. In the hope of correcting this problem, I re- submitted my order info, and now I have three new order # 's. they are VCNA51684889, VCMA51686250, and VCMA51685908. I would like to cancel the last three orders. If my problem with my slow downloading cannot be resolved or a reasonable explanation given , I would like cancel my original order also. Your kind and prompt consideration in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Also I want to know why it is so dificult to resolve a problem. Is this done by design or was someone actually trying to simplify the process. It is not working. As far as I am concerned, it would be much easier if one could correspond with a central point, then said correspondence routed to the proper point and receive the needed info, and not get bounced around, or given the run around. |
