Probably the best thing to do is to completely uninstall Limewire, that is, also deleting the Limewire preferences. Then download the software again and re-install it (and give a spanking to the one who messed up your computer)

i deleted limewire and downloaded it again.now that i've downloaded it again when you first get limwire is it supposed to have a library?because when i go to library all it says is incomplete.

Uh, on a Mac you'd just throw the application into the trash, along with the preferences and end of story. On a Windoze Pc, I think you have to run an uninstaller. But anyway, go to Tools, Options and Saving and see where Limewire saves your stuff. Also, did you turn Sharing off (when you do, it has been reported that the shared folder dissapears from the library)?
If there is no directory for saving, create a folder and specify that as the saving location. Make sure that you have sharing on and click Apply.
