Delete it from the dwnld pane & reselect it from the Search pane. You could also try doing another search for the item to try to find more resources. Hope that helps. Must be a very popular file!

Okay, now beside the thing there is an icon that looks like a piece of broken paper. (i'm running 4.0.4 if that helps)
Any other suggestions?

Actually I run the same version. Yeah when you delete the file from the dwnld list, it shows up on the search pane as thread paper. Just reselect it (the threaded paper) to dwnld again (& this icon will change back to a dwnld icon.) I do it quite frequently to spur on files to begin dwnld/re-start to dwnld. Depending on how old your search results are (they do go stale after a while - people log on/off all day long), do another search. It can help to do searches of the same item every now & again (if the file is not dwnlding), particulrly if killing & reselecting the dwnld several times before each search doesn't work. Also new searches might find new sources. Try this.

It still doesnt work, i upgraded to 0.4.8 but it still just says waiting 4 busy host of more sources needed or whatever.

What is the Quality rating of the file (how many stars)? Most people have difficulty dwnlding files that only have a single/2 star rating in the search window. Always try for those that have 3 or 4 stars. You can go to your LW menu Tools-Options-Searching-Quality & set the minimum. This will filter out of your search results those that have poor connection reliability. What will be left should be easier to connect to. Those that have multiple sources should also be easier to dwnld from. Also add .avi to your searches if it is specifically avi files you want. Hope this helps.

Since you two seem to know what you are talking about, maybe you can help me...I just got a new laptop and I had LimeWire 4.0.7 on my old comp. I now haved 4.0.8 on the laptop. When I download, it tells me that the files can't be moved to the library. What is this?! How do I fix it?
