What Do I Do Next Plse

Please help this girl from downunder..my audio downloads are complete i have no idea what the next step is?? i am sitting looking at the search screen where they have downloaded on the bottom screen and if a nice helpful person outhere could tell me what to do i would owe bigtime. New to Limewire, gotta start somewhere.Have Nero etc.Thanks a bunch
