Slow downloads
 

i have that new ultra-fast hi speed comcast isp. when i download strait off a website, my downloads are about 300 - 400 KB/S. but when i download of LW, with a "TurboCharged" connection quality my downloads range from about 5-20KB.
and no matter from how many hosts it says i'm downlaoding from, the downloads are still slow.
i already did all that tweaking of the options but still i get extremely slow downloads? any reasons why?

sometimes the hosts are slow or very busy... so they can't give you the full speed you could get
