Dropped

I have a 2.8 G P4/1g DDR/1 g Lan on board/T1 Line

MY dropped reads 14-31 percent, In and 0 for out. alos I can only get a 3-4 KBS,, not sure what to do.. I am running XP pro SP2.

Help.. Thanks
