Default progress lost on downloads

I have had this occur two times.

I have items that have downloaded to a certain point, say 50 percent. The items are in my incomplete library but when I attempt to resume downloading they are sent to the downloading screen but the progress shows as 0 percent. Nothing I can do but start over again yet I have the file in my incomplete library at 50 percent.

Hope this is understandable and hopefully someone can help out

Well, with a 700Megs file at 99%, you can just try killing the dld, then going to the incomplete folder (not the one in the Library. Never the ones in the library. Never), finding the file (it should be a file around 700Megs. Look for that, not the ones that have restarted from scratch or you'll end up with files of only a few Megs at best), taking it out of the Incomplete folder and renaming it to what it is. Play that. It should play fine with 1% missing.

helpmejoog needs to go to the incomplete folder (in the Library this time) and find the dld. Click on it and then click Resume. Alternatively, run a search for that file in LW. If you got one of the 4.x.x Lw series, then the result corresponding to the file you were dlding will have an icon that looks like a torn piece of white paper. Double click on that and the dld will pick up from where it left off.

Gigglez, do you remember the filesize of those dlds? If you do, do the math for 50% of each filesize then in the Library's incomplete folder, look for the files that will be at 50%. I'm telling you this because whenever I had that happen to me (a few times, not frequently thank God), the dld would restart from scratch, but in the Library I'd have the dld that stopped at 50% and the one that restarted from scratch.
