VERY slow downloads

Somedays I get at least 5kb/s (overall downloads) but today I'm only getting 0-1kb overall. Is it something with my connection?

No. Sometimes you have better sources sometimes not. You aren´t downloading from a BIG server which offers you every time a high speed connection, you are downloading from people like you and me.
