Help

MY download speed is only 0k and goes up to 1k now and then....when I first installed it was running at 5k or higher?
What do I do to increase speed?

Find more sources, and download fewer files at one time.

btw--that speed really depends on the hosts' speed. If you are using a modem, look for posts by Lord of the Rings: he has lots of tips for getting the best out of a modem connectionn.
