In the past couple of days anything that I download will only get to 20% and then stop.

If I try to force a resume it makes no difference. 20% is all I'm going to get.

I've re-installed a couple of times now, cleared out the registry, got the latest version and it's still no good.

People can upload stuff without any problem so why can't I?

I've downloaded the Beta but still get the same result. Just 20%.

There's a screenshot here to give you some idea of what I mean.



As you can see the bottom three have now stopped and when the other two get to 20% they'll do the same.

I've tried it with other files and not just the ones shown with the same result.

And this is ten minutes later.
