download rates

thanks Stieffy,

After trying your tip found that my max dowload rate was 34kbps from a connection of 300. Downloading more than one file would alternate the total of 34 between however many downloads I selected.

Does anyone know any way of increasing the download value or are we all restricted to approx 10% of our total?

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
