The files cant be moved to the library why?
 

My file is already dowloaded completely, but why can't Lime wire put it in the Library?

you need to go to tools in limewire, then options, then click on sharing, you will need to designate a place for limewire to store your files. You can create a folder if you want but just remember where you put it
