won't download!!!!!

I've been trying to download a video for almost 8 hrs. but it's still only 13% done. The status either says "Connecting" or "Awaiting Sources". How can I get it to download faster!?!

Now it says "Waiting for busy hosts". Somebody please help me figure out what is wrong!!!!!!:(
