i have a cable modem and when i try to download movies like **** or ***** i max out at 2 to 5 kb/sec whereas songs i can reach 30+. Is this just me or is this for everyone. If it is me how do i change it to make it go faster.

You must understand some users that have sufficent bandwidth like to set their upload speed to 0.0kb/s or really low. Which is redundant. Because they dont want people using their bandwidth but yet they set the speed to 0.0kb/s so it will take 1+ hours to download the file. Instead of setting their upload speed high and the number of connection low.
