Well done! :) My apologies, I did forget to mention I didn't put it at root level (I copied the default path except made it the G Drive instead of C.)

No problem, at least we got it worked out and it's information for other to use in the future.

What actually happens is LW is set to place the Incomplete folder one folder up from the DL or shared folder.

EX: The DL folder is D:\Movies the Incomplete folder would be D:\Incomplete.

So it is impossible to make the DL folder an entire drive like D:\ and have the Incomplete folder on D:\Incomplete.

LW automatically defaults back to the way it was programmed. Which I belive is C:\Program Files\Lime Wire\Lime Wire Pro 4.2.6\Incomplete.

Did you succeed in your quest. Somebody asked if it was possible to have their .limewire folder in an alternative drive. I found it was possible after setting up another user account with shared admin. I have one set up on drive G & an account & with their .limewire set up on that partition. ie: I had to go thru control panels & set it up so the account would be there!

You can have Limewire download to another drive, but what I was trying to do was make the entire drive the download folder. It won't do that, it has to be a folder on that drive.

For example it can't download to D: it has to download to D:\Movies.

Read my previous posts and it explains it all there.
