No More Results!!!!
 

hello hav some pb: I have Mac OSX, I installed limewire yesterday morning.during the first use everything was perfect lot of researches results.but since yesterday night nothing ...no more results when I click on search.why?????the only thing that appears is the dowload that didnt work during the morning

Whilst LW is closed, Delete your LW Preferences folder called limewire & found here: /Users/your_username/Library/Preferences/LimeWire

If you're not sure how to locate it, then put your folders into column view & follow the sample below.

Allow LW to settle down before searching. If you have many shared & incomplete files this can take some time.

Don't use the Resume/Find Sources button on more than a few files. Otherwise this will affect LW's quality of use.

Some hints: A well set-up LW can start to automatically continue its dwnlding after it's settled down perhaps 2 out of 3 times you open LW. Optimising LW & Maximising Uplds & Dwnlds A (1st post only) & also Part B which is even better & last & least are search & dwnld hints. The latter one I've been thinking about re-writing for some time. That's just for playing it safe. eg- I show all speeds & qualities.
