I had a couple downloads stop and now i cant get them to go again and my internet is still on. I get the "Waiting for stable connections" message.

Well that usually happens if either u or the host have a slow connection. In order to download ur comp has to have enough sources, and speed has to be above .01Kbs. What connection do u have?
