Default Incomplete downloads shared automatically
Can someone tell me why my incomplete downloads are available for others to download without my permission? I'm using ver 4.2.6 pro. Can I stop it?

I just notices a filw i have partially downloading is being uploaded from me. I disabled partial file sharing so why is it sharing?

Did you click the apply then okay. If you don't click apply first the change won't take effect

Thanks for the quick reply! Yes I did click on Apply. I don't have to shutdown and restart LW for it to take effect do I? And before you ask, I had configured this long before the upload began.
