I say flood this guy with complaints. 'Thanks for your email. I'm sorry to hear you are having difficulties with P2P applications. It is not Insight's policy to block P2P traffic. Can you (and the other users, if possible) get me some more information, so I can look into this further? What specific apps are you using? Do you know the ISPs of the hosts you are having trouble with? Are there particular error messages? Any information you can get me would be helpful.
