Kill download reappering automatically!?!?

- I use the "Kill Download" button to remove downloads from my download window.

- I close Limewire (1.6d for Windows)

- restart Limewire

- All killed downloads are back on the download screen?

How can I permanently remove a download from the download screen?

delete the temp file in the incomplete folder
