Unhappy Downloads reset after exit

This is very irritating and I need to know if I am either doing something wrong or have something set wrong, though I checked everything.

Every time I exit LimeWire, completely shut my computer down, all my partial downloads reset back to zero. Files that I have deleted and no longer want to continue to download, reappear again.

This is in the Search Window. Am I supposed to resume them from the Library Window?

I thought once I opened LimeWire back up and went back to my Download Window, the percentages would pick back up from where they were when I excited, but are all back to zero again!

This is so frustrating as it takes long enough to download files.

Any hints, tips, suggestions or help would be most greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
DragonLady
