Well 15 is certainly not too many. I did wonder about the version. Th older LW versions tended to be more subceptible to corrupted downld preferences. Unless you're using a pro version you might consider updating. There's been many improvements & additions since LW 3. There is no longer an international installer. Both had multilingual anyway.
