hi folks, can anyone tell me how i can get to download from more than 8 users, even if ithe file i am trying to download has 150 sources or not i still only manage to d/l from 8 users.

system:

amd64 3400+
win XP Pro sp2
1 gig ddr
400 gig hdd
Limewire 4.2.6pro
dsl 2mb connection

I'm not sure you can. I've downloaded large files. The most I've seen so far is 9, but is uaually 8 or less.

BTW: how does your cpu work. I've heard they are super fast.

thanx for the reply, and ye it is superfast, well taken into account for that my last comp wiz a p3 1ghz which also happened to get a few kicks with a size 9 foot in it's time as well.

thanx for the reply, i tried wot u have said but still not managing to hit double figures with user downloads.

well i can have various downloads going at the same time sometimes up to 20 - 30 and added together i can be d/ling from more than 70 users, but the mose i seem to d/l from in any one file is usually 8 users and an odd time i'll get 9.

already tried that option but to no avail, i think that i might be stuck with this option as i cant physically see an area within the options tab where i might be able to adjust the user d/l's.
