![]() Um not much detail. What do you mean you paid for the update? Did you buy it at the official Limewire website? http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download.shtml And is it called LW Pro when you look at the About LW under the help menu? When it opens does it come up with a window asking to update to pro? Which version is it? We need some more details. It's difficult to understand your problem. Can you give us a total desciption of your set up: 1. OS version? (eg: Windows 98) 2. What firewalls you have? 3. ram? 4. HDD space available? 5. Connection type? (eg: dial up/cable/broadband) 6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? 7. Where are you trying to connect from (home, school, work, etc.)? 8. Which version of Limewire & Java do you have? 9. Explain in detail what happens when you open LW. |
