 Hmmm I still don't see any of the information LotR asked for. Have you contacted your ISP to see if they are restricting p2p applications. It seems here in the last month or so, several ISPs have been doing this, without notifying the subscribers to the service they provide, or just flat out denying it until they are caught.  |
