Download Speed
 

I have used Limewire for some time now on a number of pc's using various versions and on all I find that to download anything it is incredibly SLOW!!!. I could send data via morse code faster than my normal download speeds.
Am I doing something wrong (ie. configuration, etc) or is everyone else in the same boat?

ps. I am currently running Win 98SE on a KG7-RAID with AMD 1.4G, 512Mb RAM, cable modem with a firewall/gateway that has appropriate ports opened.
