Install problem with virtualpc 7

I try to download ( four times) file " *** " but when i open image disk there is a white icon " *** ".... doesn't work with any application. What i do? READ THE FORUM RULES IS WHAT YOU SHOULD DO!

Why don't you call Micro$oft Customer Support & find out what the problem is?
VPC7 sucks anyways since M$ took it over. The original VPC6 was much better.
