Results Screen

I am a newbie to this program, just downloaded it today. I want to download Crystal Gayle Music. I search for her under Audio and get a list on the left side of the screen of all her music. I highlight the one album I want to download. I then hit enter.
Nothing is showing up in the large screen that has the quality, items, type, etc.

I downloaded the user guide but see nothing there that will help. CAn anyone help me??
