Any and/or all files may require an unzipper of sorts, ie.....rar., zipped, bin, ISO.
Do an internet search for these utilities. Learn to use them correctly. Not all files will be viable or usable. Some file names have even been changed just to aggravate or discourage you. Keep trying. Don't Kick Holes in The Lifeboat.
