 Bandwidth adjustments, how and why. I have a question about files labeled "waiting in line, position...".I have had several of these files which have reached position #1 only to revert to "waiting for sources". Some have worked their way from position #30 to position #1! Why do they not D/L? Also, I have been informed that I should not dedicate 100% of my bandwidth to U/L and D/L but I don't know what percentage to adjust it to. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!  |
