Movie's download

Hello

1) Im using LIMEWIRE 4,8 but i noticed that i have been getting a lot of unwanted topics.
For example when i search for A movie say '******' i get so many other stuff besides the adult content.

Is there anyway to stop it, because when i fillt he search meter it says it's too specific.

2) If i wanna watch movies, using Broadband service(Cable/DSL) which type of media should i download and can it be played on WIndows Media Player? Mpeg, Wma which one?

Thanks for helping out

1. See Auto-generated Spam results (click on link) It's also rather natural to get other results included. In your search results, use the Video filter to the left to show only video files. I generally use Any Type search b/c it seems to get better results.

2. If you must use WMP then you need xtra codecs which are mini-programs that translate the various video formats; see: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=34465
The best formats are avi & mpeg & for a full movie the size should be CD size; ie: 500 to 700 MB in size.

Too specific, using any type search will help stop that. And put Title - producer or .avi or main actor name, etc.

But one more thing.

You can select any you like for speed setting. But for connection dsl/cable would be more suiting.

If you're refering to downlding files, then any speed that has the files you want. But beware of T3 connections if you're downlding new pop music b/c the riaa has loaded some up with corrupt files to kill people's enthusiasm to downld them.
