Cable can be affected by local use, such as by neighbours & there tends to be peak times when speed might be affected. Some cable co.'s also slow speeds of those using p2p. * can you run the bug test I asked for earlier & tell us whether it's True/False. Try not downlding too many files simultaneously & don't resume all your files (using the Resume button) when you 1st start LW.  |
