Go to your iTunes music library. Click file at the top of the screen, then click add file to library. Find the folder that your music is in then select what you want to add and press open. Your music will now be in your library.

Another person who doesn't read the instructions to anything. Certainly not the forum rules re: searching your problem before posting. There's a Sticky about this in both the general windows & open discussion section. Also the manual to their iPod. There's a cd that comes with the iPod with a manual & lessons. At the Apple website there's both iTunes & iPod tutorials. iTunes has a help section on the menu under Help. DOH! Don't read the instructions to anything I'm surprised you even know how to use a computer. Or do you?

download to ipod

dear ipod user, thanks very much for your help. you are very kind and polite.

and a message to lord of the rings, i did not post before i read, as you assumed, however because i am so duh as you put it, did not fully understand, also it was never fully explained on how to get the music from lm into a folder you can find and pick up in itunes. you should really take a good look at what you type, read it twice and if you still feel self indulged enough that its appropriate, send it. i also indicated that i was NOT very good on a computer, but still try. so try this, play nice.

thankS for educating a first time forum user on the workings of a forum & moderator

Hey dik every single forum on the internet has RULES. And this one does also, otherwise this site would've been forced to close down a long time ago. If you don't like the mood when it's obvious you haven't read the forum rules well tough luck! Where are the rules ???? .... posted at the top of every single section of the forums here. Have a look. Or does every thing get handed to you on a smelly plate like this: Forum Rules (click here) Read it before posting again. We get a lot of people posting thru these forums ... we expect them to look around before impatiently jumping in & posting a question that's been answered hundreds of times before. That's right, over 90% of questions in the LW sections of the forums have been asked before. The answers are already here in their multitudes. And some of them are listed in Stickys at the top of each section to help people to find their answers quickly. Otherwise they're expected to search the forums before even considering posting. You don't like the attitude, fine! We don't like people who are too lazy to look around. If you go to LW's help menu & choose forums, it takes you to a page which asks you to read the rules before posting. There's no excuse except posters attitudes. yes we get annoyed from time to time & particularly when the answer was sitting at the top of your head in the open discussion section.

krazyhorse you are one dumb user. Suprised you can even type, we know you can't read. "No refunds", I'm sure when you learn how to read you will see that written there.

Lord of the Rings March 14th, 2005 04:06 PM

Ignoring your response, but what 'I' said in my pm was this is the Gnutella forums not the LW forums. We have no direct affiliation with LW. If you want a refund then read their refund policy. That's your problem. See autogenerated spam results & also the iPod manual when you're ready! And any other instructions hahha

lets be friends

come on now boys, lets be friends. i was just kidding about the refund. two on one is not nice. believe it or not i can read and did read, just needed a little help getting the music into a file folder from limewire that i could get at from itunes. not all of us are as good on the computer as you boys are, i just did not understand, i guess your one up on me there. all i asked for was a little help, maybe you should post a warning "BEWARE OF ANGRY SUPER MODERATOR" (LOL) that was a joke. Im sure you get tired of the same old stuff, but thats what you do, if it bothers you that much take a vacation from it.
thanks for your help, and tell your buddy fabion, lighten up you can take care of yourself, and quite well. all i wanted to do was get my grand-daughters ipod ready for her birthday, thats what we gramma's do. ps fyi, i did finally find that little demo thing and printed it last night off your site and got the files downloaded. thank you "lord of the Rings". mission accomplished! this was kinda of fun.

Lord of the Rings March 14th, 2005 05:06 PM

Fun! uh! abusing the forum rules let alone the pm's. Umm ... another chance ... I'm not so hard but push me! ... well! You obviously know the forum rules off by heart by now so ...
