 how to restart imcomplet downloads I have many partial and incomplete downloads in the library. How do I restart these so that they continue from where they left off. Every time I try to resume they go to the main panel ok but say 0% instead of 10, 20 80% or whatever their state of completion is in the library. It's as though I have to start over again.  |
