 well i use win xp.. hmm i got the windows firewall ... 640Mb Ram hmm i got round 30Gb free Dsl connection 128k hmm i'm from mauritius... so dont think u'll know my isp i got the latest java installed... but last week i used to download at bout 11-12kb/s suddenly this prob has arised.. it does connect to lots of hosts too... hmm i just deleted and reinstalled.. still havnt solved :S  its still 0-2 kb/s  |
