Recently my download speeds have gone downhill, from 50-60 kb/s, to 5-10kb/s, though i have recently downloaded ZoneAlarm, maybe that's what's wrong?

it's only the d/l's in L/W that are crap, other d/l's are fine

but there is a share level in zonealarm, so maybe that's got summat to do with it
