 Crazy download speeds Can anyone please explain why the download speeds are always changing while downloading somehting? Its mind boggling how I had 9 hosts while downloading music, and the download speed was at 22KB/s, then went all the way down to 4KB/s (VERY ANNOYING) If anyone could tell me why that woudl be great.  |
