Downloading, But Can't Search! Why?
 

I am downloading 11 files at 19k or better each, but can't search at all.....get the following message...."Limewire is currently connecting to the network. Your search may not return many results until you are fully connected to the network."

What gives? Can anyone help?

Don't rush into using LW when you open it. Let it settle. It spends it's initial time loading incomplete files & shared files .. which may take 10 to 25 mins or more depending on how many you have. (ie: LW is too busy at this time. Also don't resume all your incompletes b/c this will also have side effects such as draining connection quality for LW & energy from LW's activities.)
