No your 100% completed files will be moved by LW from the incomplete folder to the shared folder. But only after they've reached 100%. If you click on the Saved Files folder, you'll find them there. Click on it & press the Explore button.

ok im confused now then, (not hard to do at all lol) does it mean i have to redownload them all again? they are still in the incomplete folder, and they have been moved out of the download section... im not sure what i need to do to get them to complete?

Confusing me now too. I wonder if your downld preferences got corrupted. If they were 100% downlded they should be in the shared folder (alias Saved Files folder.) Select the Shared folder listed in the LW Lib window & press the Explore button. Are there no downlds in there?

Try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Fixes for Limewire

Then re-search the topics of the files again. They should have an open manilla folder icon if they haven't finished downlding. Then select them to downld again. Also go to LW's menu Tools>Options>Downlds & tick Autoclear completed downlds & press Apply button.

No I don't use msn. Just read them carefully. There's a sample image about how to delete your prefs folder. Just follow the link.
