waiting in line forever

I've been trying to DL a file for a while now, first it got to about 36%, when my comp crashed. When I got back to LW, the status was waiting in line, position 10. When I finally got to position 1, it said Downloading from 1 host for abut 3 seconds, then I got: Waiting in line, position 2.

Any ideas on how to keep my place in line?
