all my songs are 'Queued'....
 

they wont come out of that mode?? it's incredibly frustrating!

Queued = 'YOUR' LW is too busy.

You used the Resume/Find Sources button on all your files right? Well that will take LW a long time to get thru dealing with them all. When you open LW the files will always start off queued anyway. One by one they will attempt to connect. That's one of a no. of reasons why after opening LW you should wait 10-20 mins for LW to settle down before using it.
