verifying file contents

i have a file that keeps getting to 99% while verifying the contents and then everything stops...all downloads, everything, and i have to close limewire through the task manager. i previewed the file and it works fine. i am at a loss.

Salut, did you try let LW verify for more minutes? With a slow processor, when there are corrupted chunks, LW can slow to a halt while verifying. This issue will be gone with LW 4.9 and up (currently workarounded in CVS).
