where does it go

Ok guys when i delete a download and the file from the libary does it still exist afterwards cos there is some stuf that i dont want on my comp if u know what i mean!! lol.
please reply. thanks

It is gone/deleted.

It would take a file recovery program to get it back, provided it hasn't been overwritten.
