I have the same problem, I have a G3 9.2 and I have a cable, I used have a dial up and with both I had your problem. I would download the files and afterwards it would be in "document form" and when I would click on it, it wouldnt play. Sometimes like 40% of the time it would play. If you find out how to fix this plz email me at plyboybnychk8@aol.com
