Default Slow Download - Behind Router

Hello All. I'll post my Bug Report at the end of this message. I know there are many of them so I'll first say that I have been trying all the data I find on this forum.

My router as UPNP enabled, I have forwarded PORT 6346 on TCP and UDP with my router, as well as added it to the Windows Firewall. I've even tried LW with my firewall off, and it doesn't help.

I've set LW to use UPNP and also manually setting the port. I'm getting incredibly slow downloads, 1-5k per second. One file I got up to 60K per second with 6 hosts. I had a friend try the same file. On a computer without a router he got 160K. On another computer linked by a router, same speed I was getting.

Does anyone know any more options to speeding this up? I want to download 500+MEG files but at 5, or even 25k/sec, it's not viable. Would take days.

Thanks for any help. Here is my bug file from LW.

I don't think the issue is with your router. If it were then the incoming would show false. If your router understands upnp then manual port forward is not necessary.
Perhaps b/c you're not sharing many files is why you didn't have anyone uplding at the time.

It's rather normal for downlds to dip. It can be affected by many factors such as what's happening at the other end ... not from your end. Sources is probably the issue. Searching the topic again can help to find more sources. And choose those with 4 stars & many sources under the # column. Having people upld from you can help your results.

How do you cut and paste your bug report??

I'd like to post mine so Lord of the Rings can look at it.

Nevermind, I figured it out and posted it on another topic.
