Slow Down
Can any one help?
I have WinXP, ADSL Modem(2meg). Windows Firewall which has been configured as LW suggests. On speed tests I get very good speeds(approx 1888) but when I connect to LW an try to down load I get a down load speed of about 75 for a few seconds and then it drops to about 2 to 6. I have tryed down loading about six programs all with the same result. Any ideas?
