I have just paid for the pro upgrade using paypal but nothing has happened. I have not received anything else now - how do i get this installed?

i was expecting to receive email confirmation with a link to complete the installation, but nothing has been received.

call your credit card company and see if you have been charged. If not then you need to try again.

If you have been charged and do not have the program you need call support.
