help please.

Hey everybody, I am brand new so i dont know if this forrum has been done but here we go:

I have been using limewire for a long time now, And when I used to download files they would take about 1 min max to download, extremely fast. And when I would search they would come up lickety split, but now all of a sudden my downloads take about 10 min, and my search results are sub par if that. When I download a file it will be around 40 kb/s and then keep going down to 0, then back up, for about 3 seconds and drop again, and I dont think its my system, because I download Naruto and Bleach episodes in about 4 min, and they are 64.7 mb each. I usually get around 250 kb/s but now it sucks! can anybody help me? thanks.
